Use this form to send us your wine tourism experiences. Follow our instructions to create the perfect content!

To upload an experience to Winedering.com, in addition to being enrolled as a "Supplier" (check how to do it), you can proceed through this page by choosing one of two ways available:

  1. By clicking on "Complete Form (Suggested)" you can fill out a very detailed form that perfectly mirrors our default scheme for uploading an experience. It's the most accurate and reliable way to make the upload process easy and fast for us.

  2. By clicking on "Documents (ZIP File)" you can send a compressed file containing photos and pdf/word files of your experiences.
    Attention Please: if the documents do not comply with the scheme reported in "Complete Form (Suggested)" we will be forced to contact you again and lengthen the process of inserting your experiences.

For images, please refer to this article for guidelines. Submit at least four images per experience, with a resolution no higher than 3000px per side. Once submitted, our team will upload the experience and contact you via email for approval or modification.

Define the name of this experience in 100 characters, in a compact, appealing and purely offer-related style.
How would you "sell" your experience in the space of a tweet? This text is very important and has a maximum length of 140 characters. It appears as a "summary" of your experience, in an attempt to extend the title and intrigue the potential customer even more.
If you managed to intrigue the user with a catchy title and an interesting short description, now describe in detail what the customer should expect if she decide to book your experience, without specifying prices, access modes or booking conditions (you can do this later). Always include details about wines and food (if any)!
Intended as a whole price/adults for basic offer. If there are special options (variable price per age, per number of persons or per season), please enter them in the appropriate fields below.
Please, don't forget to include indication about prices for infants or kids, they are required often

In the next lines you will indicate the standard availability of your experiences. Try to be extremely flexible with days and times. Even if you receive a reservation for a day or time that is difficult for you to handle in the normal way, remember that you always have the opportunity to refuse the reservation. Conversely, if you're too rigid, you may miss the opportunity to get new customers!

Use the buttons below to send at least 4 images related to the experience, but sending more (up to 10) is even better. Generic photos of barrels, vines, or grapes are not accepted unless strictly related. Essential images include the highlight of the experience and its content, such as a table set up with food and wine or a beautiful view of your tasting room. Avoid sending blurry, off-center, or low-quality mobile photos with a resolution higher than 3000 pixels per side, as they may not load correctly. The goal is to persuade customers to book your experience through pictures!.
